Lithium X Energy Corp. was acquired by Nextview New Energy Lion Hong Kong Limited in March 2018 for $265 million. Lithium X Energy Corp. was a lithium exploration and development company with a goal of becoming a low-cost supplier for the burgeoning lithium battery industry. The Company held two projects in in the prolific "Lithium Triangle" in mining friendly Salta province, Argentina as well as participated in the Clayton Valley in Nevada through its ownership interest in Pure Energy Metals Limited.

Strategic Advisor 

Gold X Mining Corp. was acquired by Gran Colombia Gold (now Aris Gold) in June 2021 for $315 million. Prior to acquisition, the Company helped grow the Toroparu Project in Guyana into one of the largest advanced staged development projects in South America held by a junior. The Toroparu Project in has 7.35 million ounces of Measured and Indicated gold and 3.15 million ounces Inferred.
